So, what is included?

 A CD-ROM mastering charge of £5.00 (€7.50) if you are hosting on VWT and you require a copy of the images for your own use. Price includes postage & packing.

 Mileage charges if outside our operating areas listed in note 6 below.

We have tried to keep the cost structure as simple as possible. There are three levels of charges as follows:
1 - Private individuals and one-offs (Single language, for dual language add 20%)
Ideal for those private individuals or companies who want a one-off tour.

iPIX and hosting only
We realise that some agencies and organisations will want to manage their own photography. We will accept hemisphere photographs taken by yourselves and then turn them into iPIX images for you. We can then host these images on our servers. If you would like more information about the equipment costs to enable you to do this, please contact us. We can also train you in the use of the equipment. This service would include the link from the VWT site and a VWT reference number.

Property hosting charge
Hosting charges are included for the first year. Subsequent years will be charged at the following rates per property per year (not per image) if your property is hosted on VWT and regardless of the number of images for that property. Please note that if your tour is hosted on your own web site we do not give a discount. Once a property is sold, please let us know so we can remove it from our database so you can avoid any subsequent year charging.

If you wish the page to be dual language, please add 20% to the prices above if paying on-off or monthly, if on a Pre-Pay account this is included in the cost. All descriptions for properties must be supplied to VWT and must be accurate. We reserve the right to amend descriptions that do not fairly match the photography.

 The above costs are for single display iPIX images OR a complete walkthrough. We DO NOT charge any extra for creating an image walkthrough but if you wish to be able to display both single images and a walkthrough an additional set up fee will be charged if paying one off or monthly, if on a Pre-Pay account a property credit will be deducted.

 Pre-Pay plans include set up fees and up to the specified number of properties and images, i.e. Plan 25/75 will include up to 75 images over 25 properties. Properties and image quantities can be mixed and matched until either properties or images run out. If you purchase another plan any unused properties and images will roll over to your next plan. Top ups can be purchased at the monthly billing account rate per property and per image charged at the 1-50 images rate. It is regretted that we cannot refund part used Pre-Pay plans.

 Mileage charges. Please note that we operate out of Nottingham, Derby, Lichfield and their respective immediate surrounding areas. For our European operation we work out of Chamonix in the French Alps and the immediate surrounding area. Work outside these areas will be charged at a mileage rate of £0.35 per mile roundtrip in the UK. For European work the mileage charge will be €0.33 per kilometre roundtrip up to 300km return. For distances over 150km please contact us for a quote as it is virtually impossible for us to quote a mileage charge further outside this area.

 The copyright to the images remains with the property owner or agent of the property owner at all times once the above charges have been paid in full. VWT will not pay the agent or owner for images displayed on the web site.

 Although we use top quality hosting from one of the UK's premier hosts, we cannot guarantee 24/7 up time. There MAY be occasional outages to allow for system upgrades to ensure that the service we provide remains up with the best. VWT cannot offer compensation if the site is down for any reason.
